We Provide Support For

Young Adults

Many forces may conspire to impair our ability to blaze a new trail in one of the most exciting periods of life. This can leave us feeling stuck and experiencing a waning sense of hope. Call us for support with:

  • Failure to launch
  • Mood disorders
  • Trauma
  • Substance abuse
  • Isolation
  • Difficulty setting vocational/academic course

Adolescents

In our teen years we begin to develop personality, behavioral and relational patterns. Peak can offer unparalleled help in navigating:

  • Unhealthy electronic use
  • Attention & focus difficulties
  • Anxiety, Depression & Suicidal Ideation
  • Maladaptive behavioral patterns (substance use, self-harm, eating disorders)
  • Trauma
  • Oppositional behavior

Families

Sometimes in life we find ourselves having habituated to unhealthy dynamics and circumstances which play out in our family. Once there, these can be difficult ruts from which to break free. Looking through a broader, more systemic lens, we bring awareness to learned behavior as it creates friction with our more authentic self. We at Peak will facilitate change in issues such as:

  • High conflict
  • Difficulty in communication
  • Inconsistent boundaries
  • Abusive/avoidant family dynamics
  • Unfulfilling Multi-generational behavior/ relational patterns
  • Blended family systems

A MESSAGE
From our Founders

Thank you for visiting our site, you may notice every photo hosted is one captured on an adventure of ours. There are no stock photos used as who we are is a critical piece of what Peak is and that begins with our introduction online. We feel strongly about authenticity both in representation and working with our clients.

It is an honor to work in the vocation of relational healing. We are grateful to all of our mentors, colleagues, professors, supervisors and clients for their trust in our abilities over the years. Our profession is a huge part of who we are as human beings and largely based on the kindness and empathy shown to us along the way in our respective journeys. Surrounded by positive regard, love, kindness and a healthy dose of humor, we heal. Our hope is that we have created and foster such an environment with Peak.

Research has shown that the most critical component to healing and repair in psychotherapy is a meaningful, relational connection. In addition to a powerful set of clinical tools, our team at Peak brings an authentic, passionate, and relatable group of therapists to help join our community on some of the more difficult parts of their paths as sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers and, most importantly, human beings. We look forward to the opportunity to support you and your family.

Warmly,

Corbett and Jesse
